Mismatch in alignment in Form Builder and live view on the web

    fields on pg 2 are aligned in form builder but not when viewed on web

    i tried to look at form designer and make changes, but i am not getting anywhere

    please advise

    I checked on your form https://www.jotform.us/form/61696296723165 and I was able to see the issue as well.

    I fixed on your form by setting the label name alignment to top...

    The live form is OK now 

    Let us know if still not fix.
