I've added a new question at my form but it doesn't appear at the user interface

Hello,

I edited my form: https://eu.jotform.com//?formID=61645820943358

and added a new question which I've saved, refreshed, saved again, erase, write again, saved, refresh, etc.. and no matter what the change is not reflected at the form the user see:

I've erased caché, tried at different browsers, different computers, just not appearing. 

Could you please take a look on it?

Question is number 10, "Assisteix com/Asiste como"

is a selector between "País" and "Seleccioneu segons correspongui | Seleccionar según corresponda"
