Problem with responsive form displaying correctly across break points in Adobe Muse

    Hi

I have converted some pre-existing Jot forms to responsive forms (using the responsive Jot form widget and ticking the Responsive check box in Designer view).  All seems fine and I then copy and paste the Jot Form suggested Embed code for Adobe Muse websites.

In Adobe Muse, after inserting the embed code, the form displays correctly at each break point.  However when I publish the site, the form only displays for that webpage at its largest breakpoint setting.  As I reduce the browser page down in width an cause the page to refresh for one of the smaller breakpoints, the form disappears.  Even if I try to refresh to page (at this lower breakpoint) no form is displayed.

Is this a know issue or can you please suggest anything I can try to resolve this problem.  I have a meeting with my client tomorrow and it would be great if I could resolve this beforehand!

The forms that I have trying to use are:

    WTV Registration Form

    and

    WTVs Repeat Prescriptions Responsive

Many thanks for your help and any suggestions.

    Mike

    Hello Mike,

The standalone forms are mobile responsive. It most likely due to the containers where the form is embedded.

First, we suggest to re-embed your form using iframe embed code if you are experiencing such issue -  form disappears on small browser width. This normally solves the issue. http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

If not, please let us know the website URL where you have embedded the form so we can inspect it on our browser.

    Thank you!

    Hi Cris
    Many thanks for your reply.
I've tried using the iframe code instead, as you suggested, and that has fixed the problem! All working fine now.
Many thanks for your help which is much appreciated.
