Not able to submit form embedded on Wordpress website

We used the Wordpress tool to imbed the form we created into our website, although we were able to reach the pay screen this morning we have been getting 'please wait...' on the submission button and it will no longer take us to the pay screen.

Please try also using instead the direct embed code of the form on your Wordpress page.
