I checked your form and I can see that the notifications are configured correctly. The email recipients are not in the bounce list. The mail logs shows that the notifications are being sent
Please check your spam folders. You might also want to check if there are any email filter that blocks emails from JotForm. Lastly, you can contact your email provider and request for our mail servers and IP addresses to be whitelisted.
If the issue persist, please use noreply@jotform.com as the Sender Email.
