My form can't load on website

    I checked your website but the form is loading correctly, I was also able to submit the form. Here's a screencast of it:

    It seems like you have embedded the form using its full source code, the problem is that your website is also loading another JS library, which is jQuery. It is possible that there's a script conflict happening. Please remove the old JotForm embed codes you added on your website. After that, re-embed using the iFrame embed code. Here's how to get your iFrame embed code: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code 

    Please do make sure to remove ALL the JotForm related codes that was added on the website before re-embedding the new one.
