Unable to submit the form because of the Terms and Conditions widget

our form does not sent the inquire.

Are you saying that you can't submit the form? I was able to replicate your issue when I opened your form. I hit the submit button but I'm getting an error that disappears quickly. Here's a screenshot:

I cloned your form and the issue is still the same. However, when I removed the Terms and Conditions widget, I was able to submit it.

Please try to remove the Terms and Condition widget and then add it back again.
