We are getting and 'Upload Error" in the form

    Hello,

    we are getting an error now by file uploads:

     

    Upload Error
    File could not be uploaded for some reason.

    Please go back and fix the problem(s)

     

    Could you pease tell us what might be a problem?

    I think this is related to your FTP integration in the form. Please check and make sure that the details are correct. We also recommend using the passive connection.
