If my account (Free plan account) has reached the limit on 29 June  , when will it be reset again ? 

Limits will be reset on the next month's first day, it means on July 1st your limits should be reset and you should be able to receive more submissions, views or payments. 

The only limit that will not reset will be the available upload space as well as the storage space, these limits do not reset monthly.

I just login to my website www.ponggolseafood.com.sg (1st july 12:51 am) and still not able to view forms.

Form limit reset July 1st, PST U.S. time.  Since it is very close to the reset.  I went ahead and activated your account.
