i need a form which lets me know if my chauffeurs have arrived at their pickup address and if they have picked their passengers up

You can create a simple form where the chauffeur can enter the name, address and if have an option if he was able to pick up the client.

Once the form is created, you can create an email notification, that will send you a notification when he submits the form.
