Upon checking your email address copyit@thecopystore.com, I found that it ended up in our bounce list for following reasons:

the bounce list
Reason(s) : Complain about message from AmazonSES
I have removed it form our bounce list and it should work fine now. Do try to test your form and get back to us if you receive submission emails or not.
