All forms in account disabled ? Please help asap.

    Hi . All of my forms have been disabled. To my knowledge the content of them do not challenge the terms and conditions of Jot Form, such as phishing etc. Can you please advise. In none of my forms have do I ask for account information and so forth , they are simply simulations of products I provide to my clients.  I have 100 and some forms and all of them are extensions of my personal products.
