Now that all forms are default to SSL, how can I use custom domains?

    Now that all forms are default to SSL, how can I use custom domains? I do not see a way to turn off SSL for forms when I publish.

    You can still use custom domains, just not with the https link to the form.  Forms still function the same as they did before, we simply switched the default code presented from http to https.  Custom domains can be used as they were before, all that is needed is to change the form link from https to http.
