Terms & Conditions Widget: How to open the terms link in the same browser window

Can you help me with the Term and Conditions widget?

We don't like how the accept terms and conditions widget pops up in a new window. WE need it to open in a new browser tab the user is using. If that cant happen, we need it to re-direct to a url in a new tab but in the originating browser.

Please let me know how to do this.

I have tested your form in different browsers, but I was not able to reproduce the issue. The 'Terms & Conditions' widget is currently opening the link in a new tab of the same window.

If the issue still persists, please let us know.
