import PDF Form

I am assuming that you were able to import your PDF form into your JotForm account. If I am mistaken, you can use the following link:

This will enable you to import your PDF form into your account.

Hi Victor - Yes. I was able to import it and download the form.  When I uploaded it, i had already set up the fillable fields in Adobe Acrobat.  The JotForm version of the form does not have any fillable fields.

Also, how can I get a client to view and complete the form online?

Did you try to fill out and submit the form?

But I'm looking for a hyperlink to send to client in an Email...
