How to hide text input on text fields?

I cannot access the link-when I click it, I get redirected to my own Account page.

The reason why you cannot access the link to the thread from the previous post is because it was already set as "Private".

With regards to your concern about hiding the input in a field similar to a password field, you can add the CSS codes below: 

input#input_3 {

    -webkit-text-security: disc;

}

Where #input_3 is the field ID of the field that you would like its input not to show. (Please see screenshot below)
