How to send email autoresponder base on form field selections?

I have a form that includes a section to request more information. There are 6 types of information to request. Can an automatic email reply only include the information they request? For example, if they choose options 1, 3 and 6 the email would only send information about those selections?

Yes, that would be possible and here's how you can do that.

First, create all the necessary autoresponders.

Then, create the conditions that when met, it will send the appropriate autoresponder to the email address entered in the email field.

You can also make combinations like this:

I hope this helps. Please feel free to contact us anytime should you have any further questions with the instructions given above.

    Thank you.

Thank you. I didn't see that purple plus button on the right side of the screen! Will this method require me to create a separate email for each combination of possible selections?

You will not need to create a separate email for each combination. If you have 6 types of information to request, then you will only need to create 6 autoresponder emails.

However, you may need to create separate conditions for each email combinations. For more info on the "Change Email Recipient" condition, you can check out this guide: How to Send Email Based on Selection. Regards.
