Forms not submitting through our website

It seems that when we press submit on the forms on the webiste it just says please wait but nothing ever happens, even after we wait 5 minutes

I checked your webpage and did a test submission. I was able to submit the form successfully. Here's a screenshot:

Normally, we suggest to re-embed the form using the Iframe method. However, I can see that the form is already using an Iframe code and the test submission was  successful.

Are you still having issues submitting the form? May I know what browser are you using? Can you please try another browser just to check if it will work or not.

thank you for the quick response . i actually saw another thread that said to use iframe and we change and it works perfectly. Thank you once again for the quick response
