How do I transfer a form to a new file

I'm afraid I'm not sure what you meant by "transferring a form to a new file".

If you are looking to create a duplicated copy of your form, we refer to that as "cloning a form", and the following guide explains how:

If you are looking to create a new PDF file from your form, so that you can send out an actual file to your users to fill it out, you can follow this guide:
