Seems that your changes are messing up forms.

    Our payment form was set to automatically populate the PayPal charge amount with the Amount to Charge line, but it had changed to blank. I have now reset it (again as with prior issue, you have new view for seeing and setting preferences, and this preference was now blank). I understand forms not working for changes I make, but not for changes made to the software itself. Can you assure me that things are going to work?

    We are updating our interface, however, all the features and settings will still work. Is there any specific setting that is not longer working?

    Just as I explained... the changes did not bring through the payment form property for what value to pick up for charging to PayPal. I have FIXED that ... but this is just the latest in series of problems which weren't supposed to happen with the upgrade of your interface.

    We do apologize for the inconvenience. I did not seem to encounter the same issues on my forms. The old forms that I had still pass the value successfully even in the new wizard. The change in the interface should not affect any of the values setup in the settings. The issue you encountered might be a temporary glitch. Please keep us updated if you do encounter any issues with your form again. Thank you.
