You created a form that request credit card critical information, which violates our Terms. That is the reason why our system suspended it automatically.

Thanks for the lack of notice. The form i asked about did NOT ask for any credit card information, so confused on that. If you can get my account back up i can address the terms you are saying I am violating....the form I asked about did NOT ask for CC info.

    Please let me know status.

    Thanks for your response, Julie.

While it is true that the form you asked about is not asking for any credit card information, your other form is asking for such information and for this reason why your account was automatically suspended, not just the form. As your account is the one that is suspended, all your forms in your account are affected by it and are disabled.

I hope this clarifies your concern.

Now regarding your other form, may I recommend that the form or the fields in issue which caused your autosuspension be removed, this way, we can have your account reactivated.

Feel free to get back to us if you have questions or concerns.

    Thanks.
