Is it possible to delete uploads from storage

I am interested in building a form in your jot form system.  It would require our customers to upload a file for our company to print.  Once we have printed the document, we no longer need to store it in your system.  Is it possible to delete these uploads once we have gathered the information we need to lessen the storage in your jot form system?

Hey Tommy, thanks for the interest in using our platform. The short answer is YES, you can free up your storage by deleting submissions. However, deleting submission data is irreversible and will permanently remove it from our servers, including the file uploads associated with them.

Before deleting a submission, you will see this prompt, so please be mindful of the submissions you will delete.

Here's our complete guide on how to delete submissions [GUIDE: How-to-Delete-Form-Submission-Data]

Assuming what you're getting from your users are images (since you mentioned printing), then I highly recommend you enable our new feature that will allow you to get uploaded files as email attachments [ARTICLE: New-Feature-Get-Uploaded-Files-as-Email-Attachments] This will surely make downloading them easier :)

I also recommend this guide so you know how to change your upload limits [GUIDE: Changing-the-upload-size-limit]

Hope these helped! If you have further questions, don't hesitate to ask.
