    why can't I see the updated form after saving modifications ?!?

    I cannot see updates on the form at http://form.jotformeu.com/form/20872621328351 when I edit it (?!)

    modifications of text description and of form fields are both not visible after clicking 'Save'; and reloading the form url.

    Actually the new data it is saved, the updates do appear in the Preview.

    Hi Luca

    Sorry for this inconvenience. For some reason i am not able to reproduce the same issue, i am using IE8, i have managed to clone your form and add a filed 'salutation'. Please can you try refreshing the form after saving and see if chnages take place. Also, can try to logout and relogin and confirm if the issue persist. You can too change use adifferent browser just to confirm that it isn't browser related.(see your cloned form below)

    I confirm the issue; accessing the form via the link given in the embed button ( http://form.jotformeu.com/form/20872621328351 ) does not display the updated version immediately; it updates randomly but always after several minutes (?!); we tried with Firefox, Chrome, Safari latest versions on 2 different macs.

    We tried clearing cache, reloading, logging put and back in.

    In the embedded code, please change the form's URL to http://www.jotformeu.com/form/20872621328351 and let us know if that helps.

    I'm having the exact same problem in all browsers, any fix for it?

    I'm afraid that for the foreseeable future, the only fix is to change the first part of your forms' URLs from the http://form... version to the http://www... one. This also applies to the URLs appearing in the various embed codes provided by the Embed Form Wizard. The difference between the two versions is explained here.
