I would like the option to see my choices for the radio buttons

So when the customer recieves the email that the options are visible.

Only selected options are captured and sent to email if that's what you're referring.

The radio button is designed for single selection only. So meaning, the option selected is the only option sent over email.

Example: Option 1 is selected

On email, Option 1 is the only one shown
