Also, is it normal for me to need to reapply a theme to all of my forms every time I make a change, because otherwise I don't see the updates reflected.

Every time you create a form, it is in its default state. You need to apply the theme to each form separately through Themes from the builder page or through the Theme Store.

However, once a theme is applied to a form and the form is saved after, the theme should remain applied to the form even making further changes to it.

May we know what particular changes/updates are you trying to apply to your form that makes the theme you applied disappear even after that theme is already saved?

We will wait for your response. Thank you.

Hi. Thanks for getting back to me so quickly.

This question was basically answered in another question I'd asked.

I probably could have been clearer - Basically I would like to be able to "connect" a theme to a form (or multiple) so that any time I update the theme, it automatically applies the changes to any forms using that theme. But it's my understanding that that's not possible.

Regardless, thank you for your time!

Yes, that is correct - once you update a theme, you would need to re-apply that theme to each of your forms to get them to all use the updated version of the theme. I see you were referring to your other support thread where one of our colleagues already provided this answer:
