    * Have instrumental ready for your recording. 

    * For recording sessions, there is no restriction on content or language, however  the audio engineer does have the right to deny recording if they are uncomfortable with the content 

    * No substances should be brought into the lab

    * Others are welcome to join, but only 1 person in the booth at a time, unless previously approved

    *For priviate sessions, session fee must be paid before the start of the session via CashApp or cash (CashApp link will be provided upon confirmation of session).
