The collection and reporting of NYS Tax is the responsibility of the Exhibitor Please be sure you upload a picture with your application No picture is required if you have participated in the show previously and have the same media No food or beverage may be sold or dispensed from any booth Absolutely NO REFUNDS…NO EXCEPTIONS…NO RAIN DATE! Booth must be manned from 10:00am-5:00pm on July 3rd & July 4th Setup time is between 7:00am to 9:30 am on July 3rd (no Friday set-up) You must be set-up by 9:30am. Decisions of the Summer Festival Committee are final!

I acknowledge that I have read the application and that I understand that if I have misrepresented my work or violate any of the regulations; the Summer Festival Committee may remove objectionable items or revoke my privilege to participate without refund. If asked to leave the show, I forfeit participation in future events. I also release the Summer Festival Committee and the Ellicottville Chamber of Commerce Inc. from all responsibility for installing, protection, selling/storing, or removing my exhibit and merchandise. By clicking submit application you are authorizing payment to your credit card and acknowledging that you have read all of the regulations below.

REGULATIONS:  The Summer Festival of the Arts Show is an annual event presenting quality visual artists in all media.  All booths and their contents must be furnished by the Artist and fit within a 10’x10’ space.  Exhibitors must oversee their exhibit at all times. No Agents.  Exhibitors must display their work for the entire show, any exhibitor leaving early will not be invited back  You may exhibit only your own original work in the categories in which you were accepted  Your work must be of the quality and nature represented by your prints  Commercially produced merchandise, t-shirts, kits, and items cast from commercial molds are not eligible.  Two-dimensional works which are prints of your original work must be signed and clearly labeled as reproduction work. 20% maximum of total display can be reproductions  No announcements made from your booth.  Remove all garbage when you leave on Sunday-nothing should be left at your vending site or you will be charged a garbage removal fee!
