Payment options are provided below. PLEASE NOTE: Registrations will not be considered complete until full payment has been received. If you choose the installment option it is your responsibility to get your check payments in by the due dates: 1st payment: March 5, 2012; 2nd payment: May 7, 2012. The returned check fee is $37.00.
If you are registering after May 7, 2012 there is a $25.00 late fee. Please check the late fee box above and include it with your registration payment.To complete your registration you must click on the PayPal button even if you are paying by check. This will add your registration information to our database. As a final step please send an email to our registration chair Shanthi Srinivasachar (shanthi4@verizon.net) so she can ensure that your registration information is received.
