Thank you for taking the first step in being part of something much bigger than we are. As a Volunteer for Take a Soldier Fishing you have become part of an ever growing family of supporters. Supporters of the worlds best Military Forces. As we all know, Freedom Isn't Free and it never will be. We thank each and everyone of our volunteers for all of their hard work and dedication. It is you as the volunteer that drives TASF forward, and we appreciate every bit of your committment to our Nation's Heroes. If you have made a donation already please know that every penny donated to this organization goes to help soldiers and their families.
Lodging Arrangements
We always try to make any lodging arrangements free for the soldiers and their families. If lodging is available, there will be a one family per room policy. Additional rooms that are needed are the responsibility of the soldiers. There also may be times when soldiers may need to pay a discounted price for food. All of these situations will be identified and you should already know before signing up for the event. Given the chance that there are extra rooms available, it will be up to the event coordinator how to use them.
Waiver of Liability/Hold Harmless Agreement
You agree to be bound by the Take a Soldier Fishing Hold Harmless Agreement. A copy of the HHA can be obtained from your Event Coordinator or directly from the TASF website at www.takeasoldierfishing.org - Take a Soldier Fishing will not sell, trade or otherwise give away any information that you provide on this form. The information gathered is simply for planning purposes for each event.
I have read an understand the above statements. Once I submit my entry form I agree to be bound by any and all regulations set forth by TASF,the Game and Wildlife division that controls the area, and any State or Federal Laws. If you elect NO as your option, your entry form will be deleted and you will not be signed up for the event.
