During a home loan process, a lender, may require a TIR or Termite Inspection Report. Here in Hawaii our inspectors can provide a visual inspection for evidence of termites. This is a paid inspection that is only good for 14 days so it needs to be scheduled as close to the proposed closing date as possible.
