• Only 100% cotton allowed in the chamber, no synthetics, nylons, etc ... (undergarments may be any Material).

  • Please remove watches, wigs, hairpins and all jewelry also remove· prosthetic devices such as hearing aids and therma-care products.

  • Inform any staff member if you have a pacelnaker or internal defibulater.

  • Smoking restricts the blood vessels, we ask that you refrain from smoking while undergoing treatment or do not smoke for at least 2 hours before and after each treatment.

  • No grease or oils on the skin or hair, i.e. suntan lotion, perfulnes, hairspray, fresh nail polish, Make-up or deodorant.

  • No foregin objects may be brought into the chamber, you may however take unwrapped candy, gum and sippy cups for Kids. Please clear anything with the technician first.

  • Advise the technician if you have a temperature, ear infection or any problems.

  • If you are a diabetic, please make sure you have something to eat before your treatment and monitor your blood sugar closely. Inform technician if blood sugar is below 110.

  • Use the bathroom prior to treatment. You cannot get out to go to the bathroom.

  • Take your medicines as you usually would. If you have any questions, ask the staff.

  • If there are any seizures or increased temperatures between or prior to treatments, please notify the staff before starting treatments.

  • Please follow HIPPA policy, to ensure the privacy of all patients: All family members and aids must remain in the lobby during treatments.

  • ONE family member at a time MAY be allowed to sit by the patient.

  • No children are allowed at any time in the chamber room.

  • Remember to sign in before each and every treatment.

  • Absolutely no food or drinks are allowed in the chamber area.

  • Stroller and wheelchairs must remain in the lobby during treatment times.

  • Family members and attendants must NOT knock on the glass.

    Microphone is for EMERGENCY communication ONLY, not for conversation or for entertainment.

    WE DO NOT RESERVE CHAMBERS If you do not like the chamber we assign, you may wait up to 90 minutes for the next available chamber you DO like. We RESERVE the right to assign you a chamber we deem necessary at the time.
