Payment Policy

Full Payment is due for the total hours you have reserved. You may pay with VISA, Master Card or Amex.

We cannot guarantee the sitter can stay longer if you have not reserved those hours before hand.

Babysitters cannot accept cash payments unless it is Gratuity.

Gratuities can be prepaid, charged after services or given to sitter in cash.

Cancellation Policy

1. Client/Family can cancel up to 14 days before reservation with NO Charge.

2. There will be minimum of a $39 processing fee if you need to cancel babysitting reservation within 13 days of the start time.

3. For the same day reservation you are financially responsible for the hours you have reserved.

4. Rates are based on the per sitter basis .

Our Policy requires a 1:2 ratio for children under 3and 1:4 for children above 3. In some cases, this may vary.

5. Babysitters are not allowed to take Children Swimmimg.

6. Babaysitters are not allowed to Bathe the child.

7. Only Public transportation may be used for the babaysitters to transport children.

Babysitters are not allowed to drive children in private vehicles.

8. Holiday rates apply to following Holidays: New Years Eve, Jan 1st, Easter, Memorial day, July4 th,

Labor day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day& special Event holidays weekends.

9. Family may not call sitter directly to make changes or reservations.

10. I agree to notify the agency of each completed assignment by any temporary emplyee referred by the company.

11. I am aware that I will have a $500.00 penalty if the VIP Babysitting solutions INC agency has not been contacted within 24 Hours of booking an employee of the VIP Babysitting Agency for an assignment.

In such event VIP Babysitting Solutions INC will not be hold any responsibilty.

12. I am aware that on occasion, babysitters may be changed due to scheduling logistics.

You will be notified of any changes. Though it will be our utmost effort to keep the same Babysitter.
