  • For Rental Time, state the time you would like the doors unlocked and locked after use. Make sure you indicate am or pm for both times indicated!
  • Conditions of use.
  • Payment must be made at the Town Office by cash, cheque, or credit card within three days of booking confirmation. Booking will be canceled if payment is not received in full within three days of this request. Notification will not be given if cancellation is due to nonpayment.
  • If the event is canceled at least 14 days prior to the event, payment will be refunded in full. If cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to the event, no refund will be given.
  • Facility must be cleaned the same day of rental and left in the manner in which it was found. Tables must be put away and chairs stacked 5 high only against the wall. Renter is responsible for any damage or missing items.
