I have read, understand, and agree to abide by the official rules of Rose City Romance Writer’s (RCRW) Golden Rose Contest. I further understand and agree that any questions regarding the interpretation of the official rules and any matters relating to the Golden Rose Contest, which are not specifically covered by the official rules, will be decided by the contest officials, and I will accept the final decision of the contest officials in any such matters.

I also realize and accept that manuscript judging is subjective by nature. Accordingly, I will accept and abide by the decisions of any judges and/or contest officials regarding winners for this contest.

In addition, I understand and accept that ideas and titles cannot be copyrighted.

My signature on this Entrant’s Agreement shows that I accept as reasonable the statements made above. I am signing this Entrant’s Agreement in exchange for the acceptance and processing of my entry in RCRW’s Golden Rose Contest. I realize that RCRW, the contest officials, and the contest judges are relying on the truth and sincerity of my statements. I further realize that my contest entry would not be accepted if I did not show acceptance of the Agreement by signing my name below.
