If your event is chosen to be placed in the 2012 MetroFest Calendar, Louisville Metro agrees to, list your event in 50,000 printed calendars, list your event on the Louisville Metro on-line calendar, distribute the MetroFest Calendar in libraries, local and regional visitor’s centers and Louisville Metro events and other participating partners or sponsors, included in published and on-line event listings in the Special Events e-blast sent monthly. It is your responsiblity to contact MetroFest producers if any changes occur to your event. If you fail to do this, Lousiville Metro will not be responsible for any changes or confusion that may occur.
