WebOS FAQs
Q: I'm missing a few magazines, will I be able to get them on my WebOS device?
A: Yes. If you don't see some issues in your library please be patient, we have been working to make our current catalog available and are still working on converting some older issues into WebOS format. They will show up in your library as we continue this work. Please note that mature titles are not viewable through any Zinio mobile apps.
Q: I signed into the app and my library is blank
A: We are investigating why a few users are experiencing this problem. Resolution will come in the next available update to the app. We apologize for the inconvenience while we work to resolve this problem.
Q: Why is my app crashing?
A: Users with very large libraries may find that their app crashes the first few times after signing in. Please try again a few times and your app should open normally. Please note that it may take several minutes for all the thumbnails in your library to load.
Q: How can I delete an issue from my library?
A: It is not possible within the app to delete a magazine from view. To remove an issue from your active account, sign in at Zinio.com, then go to My Library > click Edit > click Remove > click Done. When you re-open your app, this issue will be removed from your library.
Q: How can I turn off Library Backup
A: By default, the library setting is turned on. If you'd like to turn it off to save time when backing up your device, click on the Zinio menu in the upper left-hand corner and select Settings > Library Backup.
