Gift Card Perks FAQ

Q: How does the program work?
A: Purchase a gift card from Zinio and get up to $25 in Zinio Perks. For every $10 purchased, get $5 in Zinio perks, for every $25 purchased, get $10 in Zinio Perks, for every $50 purchased, get $25 in Zinio Perks.


Q: What are the dates of the offer?
A: The offer will be valid from December 12th at 5pm PST until December 24th at Midnight PST.


Q: How will I receive my Perks?
A: You Zinio Perks will be emailed to you within 72 hours of purchase. Please check your junkmail folder if it doesn't appear in your inbox after 72 hours. 


Q: If I purchased a gift card and need a refund, will I still be able to use the Zinio Perk?
A: Gift cards can be refunded to the original purchaser only if the recipient has not yet used or claimed the gift for their Zinio account. Once a refund is issued, any Zinio Perk associated with the gift card purchase will be voided and any order placed using the code is subject to cancelation.


Q: Will my Perks count as purchases towards the Zinio Perks Program?
A: Yes! Every purchase you make until December 31, 2011 counts toward your total Perks for the month. For more information on the Zinio Perks program click here .


Q: How long will my Holiday Gift Card Perks be good for?
A: Your Holiday Gift Card Perks will be valid until January 9, 2012. For more information on redemption of Perks click here .


Q: Can I use my Perks to purchase a gift card?
A: No. Gift cards can only be purchased using a credit card or PayPal.
