Please submit this form at least 2 weeks prior to your event.
Important Reminders: All activities require volunteers from the guest group to assist with staffing those areas. Additionally, water activities require your group to provide a certified lifeguard.
Please plan on the designated number of volunteers for the following areas:
Climbing Wall: 2-3 volunteers
Timber Carts: 2-3 volunteers
Howler Swing: 2 volunteers
Zip Line: 1-2 volunteers
Blob/Ropes Swing: Lifeguard +2-3 volunteers
***In order for water activities to be available, the combined temperature of the water and the air must be above 100 degrees. ***Snow Tubing & Broomball requires an additional parental consent form, please ask your TWL representative for details.
Schedule: Please send a copy of your program schedule along with this form so we may be better able to provide for your needs.
Clean-Up: Please set aside 1 to 1.5 hours for cabin clean-up time on the last day of your retreat. The host on duty can go over clean up procedures with your leaders or campers.
Host on duty: Please connect with the host on duty upon arrival and throughout your retreat so we may communicate needs to you and your staff.
Equipment needs: Please bring any needed props or game items with you for your program. If there is anything we have that may help you in your programming needs, please contact TWL and we can check our equipment availability.
A/V Tech: Please bring personnel to operate Audio/Visual equipment in your meeting space. The host on duty can train your personnel upon their arrival.
