Below is the full agreement which you and your parents will sign. Please review and agree below:

I, _____________________, agree to represent K Thaemert Photography for the _______ school year, in an upbeat & positive manner. I agree to abide by the policies and have read and understand the K Thaemert Photography studio representative program.

EXCLUSIVITY: I agree not to represent any other photography studios or complete portfolio building sessions for other photographers. (exception, having yearbook photos taken by contract studios). I also agree not to be friends or fans of other photography studios on Facebook during my senior year.

IMAGES and COPYRIGHT: I understand that all photographs produced by K Thaemert Photography, Inc are copyrighted and I may not copy, edit, crop or alter in any way.

EXHIBITION: I grant K Thaemert Photography, Inc permission to use portraits of me in advertising, displays and competitions. I understand that I will sign a model release granting such permission.

EXPENSES: As a representative of the STUDIO, you are given a free studio mini-session to be held before May 1 ($45 value). You will be given the Extreme Session for the price of the Express Session ($75), a savings of $70.

BENEFITS: K Thaemert Photography agrees to award the me for each completed referral and activity as outlined on the Points page. A referral client is considered "complete" when the new client has held a paid senior session. A complementary family session is given to each representative. This is an optional session and must be held prior to your graduation date.

BREACH of CONTRACT: In the event that I fail to represent the studio in a positive manner or fail to complete the requirements as outlined in this contract, K Thaemert Photography, Inc. reserves the right to revoke the contract and bill for the upgraded session fees.
