The official EAA Registration and Release forms as well as show-time and other pertinent information will be e-mailed to you approximately 3 weeks prior to the event. Please bring the completed forms to the Airpark on the day of your son or daughter’s scheduled flight. If there are no vacancies available for the next scheduled event, you will be notified within a few days of your initial submission.

Please.......if your son or daughter has any behavioral issues let us know BEFORE the flight! Unexpected behavior could result in a dangerous situation which might otherwise be avoided. We will take reasonable precautions to notify the pilot, as discretely as possible, so that your child may have a safe and rewarding flight. The safety of your son or daughter and that of the pilot is our primary consideration.
