Complete College Transcript/GED Scores from approved, regionally accredited school.Transcript must include graduation date and degree earned. Cornerstone Christian Correspondence or any other correspondence GED programs WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Updated W-9, if needed* Submit proof of EBCI enrollment if not already on file Submit copy of Social Security card if not already on file

*Bonus received will be considered taxable income. Student will receive a miscellaneous income statement from the EBCI finance office.

Students must apply for bonus funds within 90 working days of the date of their graduation.
