Financial/Submissions Agreement:
Payment and/or submissions for your ad in the Linwood Farms newsletter must be received by the 15th of the month. If your payment and/or submissions are not received by the 15th of every month, we reserve the right to remove your advertisement. Changes in your advertisement are acceptable (i.e.: offering a new special, couponstyle,<br>new promotion, etc.) but these changes must be submitted by the 15th of every month. Failure to change your advertisement will result in the same advertisement as the prior month (for 3 month packages).

Your use of this site constitutes your agreement to release the Linwood Farms Homeowners Association, our agents, contractors and employees from any claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with any transactions resulting from advertising on these web pages. For legal reasons, we cannot nor do we try to control the accuracy of information provided by advertisers which is made available through our website. By its very nature, other people's information may be inaccurate and in some cases may be mislabeled or deceptively labeled. We expect that you will use caution - and common sense - when dealing with the advertisers.
Without limiting any other remedies, Linwood Farms Homeowners Association may suspend or terminate an advertiser's ability to advertise on these web pages if they are found (by conviction, settlement, insurance or escrow investigation or otherwise) to have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with our site or in violation of any of our policies, posted or otherwise. All advertisements are posted by our webmaster and are reviewed for content. We will not accept ads if, in our sole discretion, we consider then to be inappropriate or may create liability for us or is in violation of our policies, posted or otherwise. We reserve the right to edit, alter or delete any advertisement without written notice. Since Linwood Farms Homeowners Association cannot verify the veracity of items and services offered for sale, advertisers hereby warrant that their items or services (a) are not fraudulent and do not involve counterfeit or stolen items, (b) do not infringe on any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy and (c) do not violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, antidiscrimination or false advertising). Furthermore, you may not advertise items or services, for sale, that could cause us to violate any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation. Please note that the Communications Decency Act states that, "no [site owner] shall be held liable on account of . . . any action voluntarily taken in good faith to restrict access to or availability of material that the provider . . . considers to be . . . objectionable, whether or not such material is constitutionally protected."
Website Ad graphics should be in .gif or .jpg format, should be no more than 150 dpi, and no larger than 40K (to avoid load time issues). Animated .gifs are accepted and should fall within the same size restrictions. Sidebar ads are 195 pixels by 100 pixels.
