Waiver and release is required by Edge Sports Baseball Showcase for all players: In consideration of my application being accepted, intending to be legally bound do, hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive, release, and forever discharge any and all claims for damages, which may be sustained or suffered by me in connection with my association with or participation in the Showcase. Showcase organizers, sponsors, and venue managers are not responsible for any injuries suffered. We, the parent or guardian and player, do hereby agree to the above waiver and release. You authorize Edge Sports to use pictures and video of you/your child, taken at the 2009 Showcases, for promotional purposes including, but not limited to, reproduction and distribution on a Baseball website?
