Bear Conference Lodge : $100.00 per 8 hour day Meeting Room area
Pavillion : $40.00 per day (5 hours) with lodging and catering/ $80.00 per day (5 hours)
Arbor :$150.00 per day (5 hours) / $350.00 per evening (5 hours)
Ancient Village : $250.00 per day (5 hours) / $350.00 overnight (Day and night. Leave by 11AM.)
Catering: Please contact us should you require catering services. We will be happy to design menus to suit your needs.

We request a 25% deposit on the accommodations or payment in full now if you prefer. The remaining balance, including additional facility rentals and/or services, will be due upon arrival.
$100 of your deposit will be non-refundable 30 days prior to your event. We can accept changes up until 30 days prior to your event.
