Program Conditions
1.) This program allows companies or individuals, known as Referral Partners, to sell AT&T Products and Services to their business customers, generating a commission for each sale installed or converted. As such, the program does not support the sale of any residential products or home services - the program is for business product sales only.

2.) This program is designed for sales of land-line based products: Local Lines, PRI, Internet T1, Long Distance, DSL, Frame Relay, MPLS, Metro-Ethernet, etc. It does not support the sale of Calling Cards or Cable/Satellite TV Services.

3.) Although there are some products, such as Internet T1's, which can be sold in any state, the majority of products we support the sale of are only in the AT&T Southeast Region. Traditional products, such as Local Lines (POTS), PRI, DSL, etc., are sellable only in the following states: AL, FL, GA, KY, LA, MS, NC, SC and TN. For this reason, your primary focus for local dial-tone sales must be in these 9 states. If you sell data products exclusively, such as Internet T1's, MPLS, Metro-Ethernet, etc., then these restrictions will not apply.
