Presenter Agreement
EQUIPMENT: Due to the high cost of renting A/V equipment, AZ AER will only provide LCD projectors, microphones, and screens. We will not provide laptops, VCRs, or overhead projectors. Please take this into consideration as you plan your presentation. Please furnish or arrange for your own additional equipment.
PRESENTER(S) REGISTRATION FEE DISCOUNT: As a token of our appreciation, AZ AER offers a registration fee waiver for ONE day of the conference for no more than TWO presenters.
SELECTION PROCESS: All submitted applications will be carefully reviewed and considered by the AZ AER board. Those topics that relate to the conference theme will be given priority. We seek topics relevant to all professionals, including adult service providers, orientation and mobility specialists, low vision therapists, technology instructors, teachers of the visually impaired and more!
HANDOUTS AND ACCESSIBILITY: Please note that you will be responsible for providing handouts in both regular print and accessible formats (large print, electronic, and braille) to all participants. Guidelines for creating accessible handouts are available on the AZ AER website. AZ AER makes a CD with all conference handouts. ALL HANDOUTS MUST BE PROVIDED ELECTRONICALLY TO AZ AER BY OCTOBER 15, 2009.
