Please complete this form IN FULL for any warranty request (incomplete forms cannot be processed). Our company aims to have your warranty service request completed and actioned within 7 working days of your request being submitted, however this will depend on your availability during the time slots available. Please allow 2 working days for a reply via email or telephone of your request.
IN HOME SERVICE WARRANTY: Products with this warranty type are TREADMILLS ONLY (excluding the Crossfire & Spacesaver range). Please complete this form IN FULL & we will reply to your request within 2 working days. Call out fee & labour charges apply if your in-home service warranty has expired.
IN HOME SERVICE CHARGES AS AT 01.07.2009 (excludes those covered by labour warranty) Call out fee $90* + Labour $99* p/hr. *Prices subject to change.
RETURN TO BASE WARRANTY (RTB): Products with this warranty type include ALL Exercise Bikes, Spin Bikes, X-Trainers, Ellipticals, Home Gyms & Benches. Please complete this form IN FULL & we will reply to your request within 2 working days of your closest return to base location. Return to base locations are open business hours Monday - Friday. IN HOME SERVICE CHARGES APPLY for ALL RTB products if servicing / repair is required at any location other than our RTB locations.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Please note that general maintenance requirements as per your products instruction manual & warranty statement are not covered by warranty. Below are examples of maintenance that is not covered by warranty or service call. Charges for these services will apply. 1. Running Mat adjustments 2. Lubrication of the running mat 3. The leveling of the machine on your floor (this is often the reason for machines making a 'clunking or knocking' noise) 4. Cables jammed / squashed during incorrect assembly by you 5. Bolts threaded during incorrect assembly by you 6. Incorrect assembly by you 7. Running Mat tensioning (including mat slippages or movements to one side of the machine) 8. Repair to cables broken by you. 9. Tightening of bolts & lubrication of moving parts (often a cause for X-trainers / ellipticals to squeek).
