By submitting this form you agree to attend and run the panel as listed. If we have problems or can not accommodate your requests and needs, we will be in contact with you. When it is scheduled, we will immediately let you know so that you can plan accordingly. If, for some reason, you can not attend the convention: please let us know as soon as possible so that we may free up the event space for another event.

Now please take a moment to look over the schedule as it stands on the PortConMaine website. Before you pick your day, think about the times that are available in the panel rooms/main events room/etc. ^_^

When selecting the times below we suggest selecting at least two hours for break down and set up per panel. If the panel before you ends at 4 PM, you won't be able to be ready to run until 4:15 PM due to set up. So if you block 2 hours you'll have enough time to pick up, chat, etc. Please write your time requests in blocks of time, i.e. 4 PM - 6 PM. Etc.

Thursday Time Blocks include: 4 PM - 6 PM, 6 PM - 8 PM, 8 PM - 10 PM, 10 PM - Midnight. Friday and Saturday Time Blocks include: 9 AM - 11 AM, 11 AM - 1 PM, 1 PM - 3 PM, 3 PM - 5 PM, 5 PM - 7 PM, 7 PM - 9 PM, 9 PM - 11 PM, and 11 PM - Midnight. And Sunday Time Blocks include: 9 AM - 11 AM, 11 AM - 1 PM, 1 PM - 3 PM, 3 PM - 5 PM, 5 PM - 6 PM. If you need three hours or more, simply add on. But those are the suggested basic two hour slots.
