NOTE: If you are entertaining the crowd by mingling (clowns, facepainting, balloon animals, etc.), you may freely setup and commence essentially at will, after first just checking in at the Welcome Center, and as long as you are pre-registered (this form), while the performers for main stage should practice timing for just under either 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes in length. Thank you for planning ahead.

CONTACT INFORMATION is required to receive location/time confirmation later, and event updates as may from time to time be applicable. Also, carpooling, roomsharing, and such related matters will be shared amongst all registered speakers, presenters, entertainers and other event persons who want to participate in those extra mutual benefits. Entertainers/performers will be directed on how to discuss sharing of audio/video gear at the event with other attending entertainers/performers. This is a "G-Rated" event for family issues, with many children expected in attendance. ALL performers agree to totally refrain from inclusion of or reference to any profanity, nudity, drugs, drinking, or any other material that is similarly objectionable to traditional society's norms for minor children and family values.

FINAL NOTES: To confirm your times/spots, please check in at the Welcome Center area, where you will see our Regional Friends gathered in colorful style. Also, all seven regional event master schedules will be posted on the main website, ParentStock2011.com, approximately 45-60 days prior to the events, so you can plan ahead, too, and so the different local printers have ample time get color glossy programs printed up for retail sales on the grounds. And again, your CONTACT INFO above will be used to keep you advised of any event updates, to email you an event map with your designated grounds location, and travel-sharing news if you gave full contact info.
