Additional Information for Accepted Proposals:
-
All handouts to be offered to participants must be submitted electronically by March 1. The conference personnel will put all handouts on a "hidden website" for participants and participants will then make copies. Presenters can bring additional handouts in insure that all participants have the handouts but electronic handouts are still required.
We want all participants to have access to all of the handouts and believe this is the most cost effective way to do this.
-
Presenters are allowed to sell their products after their workshops outside of their presentation room. No sales of merchandise can take place during the presentations.
-
Presenters are also encouraged to purchase vendor space if that seems like a lucrative endeavor. Please watch the Conference Website for vendor information regarding the 2010 conference.
-
If you need more than half an hour to set up or take down your materials for a presentation please make note of that on this proposal form.
-
If presenting on Saturday every attempt will be made to have both presentations back to back (unless otherwise requested not to by the presenter) and in the same space (even those who are being videotaped).
-
If you need something other than a classroom with chairs for your presentation it is your responsibility to put that information on this form. Please do not expect to make special requests the day of the conference (tables and chairs, materials for a make and take workshop, open space for movement, etc.) as it is almost impossible to make these accommodations.

We will again be producing DVDs next year.
